2. Refund Policy & Chargeback Agreement

STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products, services, or coaching programs for any reason.

NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT: By purchasing from Coaching Academy LLC, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Attempting a chargeback violates this agreement and may result in legal action.

3. The Coaching Academy Guarantee

We are confident that if you follow the program and take action, you will see results. That’s why we offer the following guarantee:

If you complete all program modules, apply the strategies as taught, fully participate, and do not make back your investment within a year, we will continue working with you at no extra cost until you do.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

✔ Implement the strategies exactly as taught

✔ Show proof of consistent effort and participation

✔ Attend the group coaching calls

✔ Ask for help in a timely manner if you get stuck

This guarantee only applies to our high-ticket coaching programs and is subject to review based on your submitted proof of action and participation.

4. Payment Plans & Third-Party Lenders

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to all Coaching Academy LLC programs and services.

If you finance your purchase through a third-party lender, you acknowledge that:

- Coaching Academy LLC is not responsible for the terms or conditions of any third-party financing.

- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the lender’s terms before accepting any financing.

5. Media Release & Event Recordings

If you attend a live or virtual event hosted by Coaching Academy LLC, you consent to:

- Being recorded via audio, video, and/or photography.

- The use of your name, likeness, and recorded content for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.

- Waiving any right to review, approve, or request removal of such recordings.

For high-ticket programs, you will be required to sign a digital agreement. Your name, email, phone number, and digital signature will be stored by Coaching Academy LLC for proof of agreement.
